Based off the proof provided I will not take action on to anyone cause it is insufficient and is only showing someone issuing Votemenu's, I can't know for certain if it is valid or not.
Feel free to make another Report regarding this if you have enough proof/certainty the Votemenu's where false and do not just show the chat of them issued. Thank you
