Team Fortress 2 - Ban/Punishments Guidelines


Staff members have the authority to extend ban lengths with explicit permission from a moderator or higher. The maximum punishment times listed below can be adjusted by staff members if deemed appropriate. Cheating offenses always result in a permanent ban. When possible, utilize mute/gag tools instead of resorting to a ban for issues that can be resolved through those means.

Ban Reasons and Times:

Please note that these punishment times are maximums, and staff members have the discretion to impose shorter bans if they deem it appropriate. Remember to respect the rules and guidelines to maintain a positive and fair gaming environment for all players.​

General Server Rules:

• Any form of cheating - Permanent ban
• Supporting a cheater - 3 days > 1 week > Permanent ban
• Abuse of the calladmin system - Warning > Automated 2-week ban
• Exploits > Warn/kill > 2 hours > 4 hours > 1 day > 1 week > Permanent
• Griefing - Warn/kill > 2 hours > 4 hours > 1 day > 1 week > Permanent
• Ignoring staff - Warning > 1 hour > Additional hour for each subsequent ban
• Inappropriate weapon names - Warning > 30 minutes > 2 hours > 12 hours > 1 day > 1 week > Permanent ban
• Inappropriate player names - Warn/Kick > 2h > 12h > 1d > 1w > Permanent
• Signs, flair, profile pictures, with nudity/hate symbols - 24 hours > 48 hours > 1 week > Permanent ban
• Sprays with nudity/hate symbols - Spray ban
• Underage NSFW - Permanent ban
• NSFL (Not Safe For Life) - Permanent ban
• Impersonation or falsely claiming to be staff - 3 days > 1 week > Permanent ban
• Excessive spawn camping - Warning/Kick > 1 hour, additional hour for each subsequent offense
• Excessive lagging/ping - 5 minutes > 30 minutes
• Threats to the community and members - Permanent ban
• Obstructing Admin work > Warning > 1 hour > Additional hour for each subsequent ban
• Attempts at bypassing punishments - Ban equal to current punishment

Server-Specific Rules:
1. Idle/Trade and Trade Servers:

• Scamming and scamming attempts - Permanent ban

2. Trade Minecraft Neon

• Buildings/Body blocking portals to make people stuck - Warning/Kill > 2 hours > 24 hours > 1 week > Permanent ban

3. Default Servers:

• Idling in servers with AFK manager - Kick

Chat & Voice Rules:

• Disrespect of staff/players - Warning > 2 hours > 12 hours > 1 day > 1 week > Permanent Gag/Mute
• Hate speech of all types - 2 hours > 12 hours > 1 day > 1 week > Permanent Gag/Mute
• Advertising other sites or communities - Warning > 4 hours > 12 hours > 24 hours > 48 hours > 1 week > Permanent Gag/Mute
• Spam of chat and mic - Warning > 2 hours > 4 hours > 12 hours > 1 day > 1 week > Permanent Gag/Mute
• Speaking other languages other then English > Warning/Kick > 1 hour, additional hour for each subsequent offense
• Anything Pedophilic depending on the nature of what is being said - Permanent Gag/Mute/Ban
• Obscene/Inappropriate Language- Warn -> 2h -> 12h -> 1w -> Perm
• Begging - Warning > 1 hour, additional hour for each subsequent offense

VIP Rules:

• All forms of VIP abuse - Warning > 4 hours > 12 hours > 1 day - VIP may be revoked depending on the situation

Please note that actions taken by UGC Administrators are final and not subject to appeal. We reserve the right to remove VIP privileges, without refunding, for any form of abuse or rule-breaking. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt anyone from responsibility.​
