Rules must be followed by both players and admins.
Actions from UGC administrators are final and not subject to appeal.
Ignorance does not relieve responsibility!

General Server Rules:

• Any form of cheating is prohibited.
  • Includes (but not limited to): Aimbot, ESP, sv_cheats exploits, fake lag, crit bucket.
  
  
• Supporting a cheater is prohibited. (Ex. healing)
  • Healing, defending blatant cheaters/silencing people by calling them out in chat.
  
  
• Do not abuse the calladmin system by making false accusations or misusing it.
  • Intentionally misreporting players who haven't broken rules (Reporting players who killed friendlies for toxicity), ditching reports (leaving immediately afterwards or when questioned by staff), misreporting staff spamming malicious reports.
  
  
• Griefing behaviours, such as obstructing sniper scopes or faking cheating, are prohibited.
  • Faking spinbot/cheating, obstructing sniper scopes, using votemenu maliciously, lagging servers via internal means, using taunt audio bugs that disrupt the lobby, refusing to end duels
  • Duels are assumed to end at the first to 20 kills, unless a different winlimit is agreed upon by both duelists.
• Exploiting
  • Includes (but is not limited to): Exiting intended map boundaries, using map or plugin bugs to gain advantages over others (Damaging others through certain walls/doors, manipulating character models to confuse enemies or to be harder to hit, letting enemy players into your spawn or spawn area)
  
  
• Inappropriate names are prohibited. (Including weapon names)
  • Offensive, insulting, NSFW or derogatory usernames, item names/descriptions are not allowed (Disallowed items such as items with inappropriate names/descriptions or images are not allowed to be used in item loadout, not just held/used)
  
  
• NSFW Sprays, signs, flair, etc., that show nudity or hate symbols are prohibited.
  • Sprays, items or profile pictures that depict text/symbols of hate, acts of terror, sexual intercourse/acts, nudity, overly depicted genitalia, or gore
  
  
• Impersonation or falsely claiming you are staff is prohibited.
  • Imitating staff profiles/names/profile pictures, claiming or implying that you are a part of the staff team.
  
  
• Excessive spawn camping is prohibited. (Staff may determine what is considered excessive on a case-by-case basis)
  • Not letting multiple players/teams exit their spawn area via continuously or repeatedly camping multiple (or one in more severe situations or maps like trade_plaza or trade_rawr) spawn exits with multiple players, and sentries.
  
  
• Excessive lagging is prohibited.
  • Extremely high ping or frequent lagging to an extent that negatively affects the gameplay of others
  
  
• Any threats to the community or its members are prohibited. (This includes but is not limited to DDOS threats, doxxing)
  
  
• Obstructing admin work
  • Actions or behaviours that intentionally impede or disrupt administrative tasks such as handling cheaters or other rule breakers
  
  
• Attempts at bypassing punishments may result in removal from our servers.

Chat & Voice Rules:

• Treating staff and players with respect is required.
• Hate speech of all types is prohibited.
• Advertising other sites or communities is prohibited. (Outside of trading purposes)
• Spamming text and voice chat is prohibited.
• Our servers are ENGLISH only.
• Playing single or multiple sound effects in VC continuously or repeatedly is prohibited.
• Playing music in VC without permission or supervision from staff or playing music over others already doing it is prohibited.
• Anything Pedophilic in nature is prohibited
• Political talks (and/or names) are strongly not recommended. If a staff member tells you to stop, listen immediately.
• Begging for items or services is prohibited.

Server Specific Rules:

1. Idle/Trade and Trade Servers:

• Scamming or attempting to scam other players is prohibited. Sharing account information for trades is also prohibited.

2. Trade Minecraft Neon

• Camping the portal areas IS allowed as they are optional areas, HOWEVER, placing buildings/Body Blocking in order to trap the actual portal itself where people using it get stuck and cannot move, is NOT Allowed.

3. Default Servers:

• Idling in servers with an anti-AFK plugin is not permitted.

VIP Rules:

• Using VIP to give yourself an advantage over others is prohibited.
• Players may not enter combat while resized by any means, except for when resizing the entire body to an equally larger state. Any other forms of resizing in combat are prohibited.

• Custom weapons are permitted in combat as long as they do not provide an unfair advantage.
• Changing model color using sm_effects is forbidden in combat.
• Using more than one custom/gimme weapon at a time while in combat is prohibited.
• Specific weapon restrictions may apply, as outlined below.

Spoiler: Specific Weapon Restrictions

The following actions are prohibited and may result in disciplinary action:

• Using rifles on any class other than Sniper (Uber rifle custom weapon is ALLOWED on Medic)
• Using Sandvich or other lunchbox weapons mid-combat on any class other than Heavy. (Outside of combat is allowed for any class).
• Rapid swapping or refreshing between weapons using binds or commands to reload clips or refresh cooldowns.
• Using the MvM Shield (weapon 7008) to hit players behind walls.
• Using the Grapple in combat.
