TF2 Pending Suggestion Accepted More things for VIP

VIP has to add and have more fun stuff for some people to possibly buy, here are some small examples:

-Add more Effects like change voice pitch

This should make some players who had small/big sizes to make them more funnier instead of the normal voices
sm_voicepitchchanger or just sm_voice

-Other/New Unusual effects
should be cool to add more new unusual effects and also a plug-in to had unusual effects for taunts too
sm_taunteffect

-(Bad idea: Ignore this one) Drawing on walls intead of using the default particles (example is the weapon that medic is using)
would be cool to had this one, show other people your skill of drawing with a mouse (which is terrible to do lmao)
sm_givepencil
sm_deletedraw
(In case some people doesn't want to see them)
sm_disabledraw (makes them on their screens only invisible)

-Unusual Apply for Other/New Hats
yes this was something and most of the hats doesn't have the effects and the paint, this should be fixed soon
