steam id and name doesnt match​

my steam id has been banned but its not my nick name and i dont play on the awp only server, just on fy_pool_day server. I was banned before for cheating, permanent. But i dont cheat, have been playing 1.6 for almost 4k hours, how can I prove myself? pls help me​

How did the ban happen?:

I was playing on ugc knife server and a cheater with ip changer joined. The admins came and it got my name and my steam ip too so the admin banned me too​
