If you as an Admin have banned a player by mistake and would like to rectify the situation please fill out the following form and provide us with the necessary details. Our team will thoroughly investigate the ban and take appropriate action to unban the affected player.

Ban removed, but I would still say that you need to be careful by trying to match the IP Address or Steam ID before you decide upon banning someone for having an active ban.

First of all, this thread is for the server admins to inform staff members about any wrong bans that they've issued.

This is not the right platform for appeal your ban , this platform is for admin who made wrong ban mistakenly .
If it is wrong ban then admin have to post here not you.

As i already marked your ban appeal as invalid due to lack of demo and 3 ss.
Make another appeal with correct demo and Screen shots.

Hi,
The player has made ban appeal and that will be reviewed and if player is clean he will be unbanned. Thankyou posting, this thread is for wrong bans only, if you doubted and ban this player after spectating him for few round and you thought he is suspect of cheat then it is perfectly fine and will be taken care by staff.
