If you as an Admin have banned a player by mistake and would like to rectify the situation please fill out the following form and provide us with the necessary details. Our team will thoroughly investigate the ban and take appropriate action to unban the affected player.

Ban removed, but I would still say that you need to be careful by trying to match the IP Address or Steam ID before you decide upon banning someone for having an active ban.

First of all, this thread is for the server admins to inform staff members about any wrong bans that they've issued.

Secondly, I do not see any ban on the nick Ramon.- or a ban that could relate to you.
