Hello,
I would like to suggestion a slightly little modification to /startvote.
As you can see from the picture displayed bellow there are 7 modes in total, in which it could be cool to have just 4 (Plague/Nemesis/Sniper/Survivor).
I know how it sounds, I mean why do you want to remove those 3 modes left? (Infection/Multiple Infection/Swarm).
The thing is when you start the vote, some users are starting to farm ammo packs in which they choose to go with Swarm mode, especially if that user has vip membership. He will camp the entire map and some users will lose interest in playing cuz of the useless time spent to reach the player through the lasermines barricade.
I see this menu like "This is where the fun begins" where we choose interactive modes, where each player can be active in the way to kill the sniper/nemesis or survivor. Of course, here too you can wait, but the round passes faster due to the fact that the nemesis gives a lot of damage and the survivor does not last long.
The thing is, these 3 modes are common on the server's autoselection program, where players are used to. But with the /startvote command changed only for these 4 modes, things can be in balance.
This change is useful from 3 points of view:
1. Reduces waiting time;
2. players won't lose interest (When it comes to these 4 modes);
3. A change where all players can take active action with less waiting time.
