Hi there,
So I would like to start with this appeal from Moth himself https://www.ugc-gaming.net/index.php?threads/cs-moth-ban-appeal.4104/
We staff members make decisions based on what's the action all about. Megabit said clearly that your ban was an abusive ban towards him, being an admin you have "ban-times" that you need to follow as we all do. 1 day for a simple spam reason doesn't seem convenient for all of us, secondly jks warned you I guess about this:

We are not here to look bossy even if we have the privileges to do it. I want to make it clear to all that such reasons for banning should be atomatically removed, "cocky little kid" seems a bit inappropriate without a lack of respect towards our felow commuity players. Moth was unbanned yesterday on both appeals, so don't tell me he did something wrong.
Hez banned you permanently because of your continous abusive/nonsense bans by time passing and for an explanation. Since you appealed I'll show you various screenshots of what I make refference:

So, these 2 are the screenshots that I wanted to show in this appeal response, "idc". This reason doesn't even make sense at all, there are players playing peacefully but are disturbed by your actions "He seems making trouble, everyone talking about him and abusing ban for no reason". Can't deny that your actions do not disturb someone's gameplay once I read this message myself.
With this please consider it a second warning towards you from me, I want this type of things to stop immediately if possible. Case closed here, thank you

Finger Alert pretty much said everything but since I issued this ban, I thought I might also add a few things. From here on, I need you to make bans only when necessary and they need to strictly adhere to the ban reasons and period (here's the link for that https://www.ugc-gaming.net/index.php?threads/counter-strike-condition-zero-reasons-ban-times.10/). That means, for example, no more ban for 1 week or for absurd reasons like "fake account" or "idc". Failure to do so will result in further punishment and if you keep this up, your admin rights might be removed one day. Improve your attitude towards players; you're an admin who is supposed to keep the peace in servers but so far I've only heard complaints from players about your hostile behavior towards them.
